1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Nexirra ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("client," "you," or "your") accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

2. Service Description

Nexirra provides professional massage therapy and wellness services including but not limited to:

• Relaxation massage therapy
• Therapeutic and deep tissue massage
• Hot stone massage treatments
• Prenatal massage services
• Couples massage sessions
• Wellness consultations

All services are provided by licensed and certified massage therapists in accordance with Ontario massage therapy regulations.

3. Booking & Appointments

3.1 Booking Process

• Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or through our website
• All bookings are subject to therapist availability
• Confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of booking
• Special requests should be communicated at time of booking

3.2 Age Requirements

• Clients must be 18 years or older to book services independently
• Clients under 18 require parent/guardian consent
• Parent/guardian must be present for minors during treatment

3.3 Health Considerations

Clients must disclose any health conditions, injuries, or medications that may affect treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe treatment may be contraindicated.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

• All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD)
• Prices include applicable HST (13% in Ontario)
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit cards
• E-transfer (for advance bookings)

4.3 Payment Timing

• Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements are made
• Package deals must be paid in full at time of purchase
• Outstanding balances may result in suspension of services

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Client Cancellations

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule at no charge
• 12-24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
• Less than 12 hours: Full session charge
• No-show: Full session charge

5.2 Emergency Cancellations

Emergency cancellations due to illness, family emergency, or severe weather may be waived at our discretion. Medical documentation may be required.

5.3 Our Cancellations

If we must cancel your appointment, you will receive full refund and priority rebooking. We are not liable for any consequential damages.

6. Client Conduct

We maintain a professional, respectful environment. Clients are expected to:

• Arrive on time and prepared for their appointment
• Maintain appropriate hygiene standards
